Terms of service
Last updated 16 August 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Brillnex Systems, operator of ConGreeto. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
1. Definitions
- Account — your sign-in and the subscription attached to it.
- Workspace — a separate set of chatbots, leads, campaigns and members. One account can hold several.
- Assistant — a chatbot you configure and embed on a website.
- Visitor — a person who talks to your assistant on your website.
- Your Content — everything you supply: crawled pages, uploaded documents, manual entries, portfolio records, instructions, and the conversation data your assistant produces.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or over and give accurate details. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping credentials secure — we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
Each workspace has exactly one account owner, a status separate from role. Only the owner can manage billing and add-ons or delete a workspace. Ownership is transferable from within the app.
3. Subscriptions and payment
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- One subscription covers every workspace you own, up to your plan's workspace limit.
- You can change plan from inside the app. We show a prorated price preview before you confirm. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at your next renewal.
- Add-ons are charged to the card on file immediately, prorated for the remainder of the month, and can be reduced or cancelled the same way.
- Prices exclude taxes unless stated. Where we are required to collect VAT, GST or sales tax, it is added at checkout.
- We may change prices. Changes take effect at your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable notice first.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from inside the app. Your subscription then shows as “cancels at period end” and you keep full access until that date. You can resume before it lapses.
Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Plan limits and add-ons
Each plan carries limits on seats, chatbots, monthly conversations, AI tokens, documents, crawled pages, portfolio records, storage and workspaces. Your current usage against each limit is always visible in the dashboard, with a projected month-end figure.
When a limit is reached the related function pauses until the next billing period, or until you buy the matching add-on or move to a larger plan. We do not silently bill you for overage.
6. If a payment fails
We will tell you in the app and by email and give you a direct route to update the card. Rather than locking you out, the account moves to read-only: you keep access to your data and can export it, but changes are paused until payment succeeds. If it remains unresolved we may suspend and eventually close the account.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use ConGreeto to:
- Break the law, or infringe anyone's rights.
- Deploy an assistant on a website you do not own or control, or outside the domains you have listed.
- Present the assistant as a human being where doing so would mislead a visitor to their detriment, or where local law requires AI disclosure.
- Collect payment card details, passwords, or special-category personal data through a conversation.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, or use captured contact details in breach of marketing law.
- Attempt to breach, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product.
8. Your Content, and what the assistant says
You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display it in order to run the service for you.
You confirm you have the right to supply everything you upload or have crawled, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
The assistant produces answers automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It answers from what you gave it. You are responsible for what it tells your visitors, including any price, availability, specification or commitment it states. Review its configuration and knowledge before you go live, and do not use it to give regulated advice unless you are qualified to give that advice yourself.
9. Data protection
For conversation and lead data you are the data controller and we act as your processor. Our privacy policy describes what we handle and why.
You are responsible for telling your visitors that an assistant is in use and for obtaining any consent your local law requires. A data processing agreement is available on request from congreeto@gmail.com.
10. Our intellectual property
The software, interface, branding and documentation remain ours. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active — nothing more.
11. Availability
We work to keep the service available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can. The service is provided “as is”, and we do not commit to a guaranteed uptime level under these terms. Any service level commitment must be agreed separately in writing.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other customers at risk, or where required by law. Where circumstances allow, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
You may close your account at any time. On closure you can export your leads, after which your data is deleted or anonymised as described in the privacy policy.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings; and our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from Your Content, from your use of the service in breach of these terms, or from what your assistant said to your visitors.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the service after it takes effect means you accept it.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brillnex Systems is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
